- Click "Manage Membership," then "End Membership."
- Amazon will show you what you'd lose (shipping, Prime Video, etc.) before confirming.
- If you're within the eligible refund window and haven't used many benefits, Amazon may offer a partial refund automatically.

If you cancel right after renewal and haven't used Prime benefits, Amazon often refunds the charge. Otherwise, you keep access until the end of the paid period, then lose free shipping and Prime Video access.
